UK Government Self-Isolation Rules - Updated Bookings Policy

The UK Government has, for the time being, removed France from its list of countries which have a ‘travel corridor’ with the UK.  This means that travellers arriving from France (unless exempted) are required to follow self-isolation rules when they arrive in the UK.

 

To help you manage your booking with MagicBreaks, and following discussions with our travel partners, we have updated our information and approach as follows for all our customers who are booked to travel to France up to and including 31st August 2020.

 

Disneyland® Paris and Les Village Nature® Paris

  • The parks and hotels at Disneyland® Paris, and Les Village Nature® Paris, are not impacted by the change in UK government policy and are open.

 

Transport

  • Flights, Eurostar, Eurotunnel and ferries will continue to operate.  If you have booked a package with us which includes transport then you are able to travel to France but there is a possibility that the timing or routing of your journey may be affected.  We will advise you if that is the case.


Amendments to your Booking

If your holiday is affected then you may want to amend the date of your holiday and we will help you to get the best options available which may also include additional incentives.  We currently have early booking offers for Disneyland® Paris Hotels in 2021 with many incentives such as 25% off, Free Dine and 100 Euro gift cards.  Popular dates are selling out fast!

 

Also, other hotels in the are around Disneyland® Paris are offering some excellent low prices and with the flexibility of adding daily park passes to help lower the overall price of your holiday!

 

Cancellation of your Booking

If options to amend your booking do not work for you, then you may choose to cancel your booking and request a refund which will be processed within 28 days from the date of cancellation. Please note that free cancellation doesn't apply to transport booked with MagicBreaks.

 

Eurostar Update:

Direct services planned from Wednesday 19th to Monday 7th September will be cancelled.

Alternative routes via Lille or Paris Gare du Nord are available for those wishing to travel and can be discussed with our agents.

Amendments to future travel dates are also possible as far as summer 2021.

We are working in departure date order and will make contact with any affected bookings starting with those travelling within the next 7 days. We thank you for your patience.
