Our UK call centre is open 7 days a week from 8–10 PM, where our fully trained travel agents are happy to provide independent travel advice, personalised recommendations, and quotes. We can help you pre-book excursions, select the best activities for your group, and ensure your cruise is tailored to your family’s interests.

Guests can book most Port Adventures up to 75 days before sailing, giving Castaway Club members further early access to select excursions and exclusive experiences. Using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, you can easily browse excursions, check availability, and make reservations from anywhere before or during your cruise. Booking ahead is recommended for the most popular adventures, which can sell out quickly. Ask us for guidance and insider tips to make every stop unforgettable.

On Board

If you prefer to wait until you’re on the ship, you can still book Port Adventures using the Navigator App or at the Port Adventures Desk, where our team can advise on availability, highlight experiences that fit your schedule, and help you make the most of every destination. Ask us for tips to ensure a smooth, magical, and memorable experience at each port of call.
